Dr. Gerard is a full-time clinician working in both emergency medicine and urgent care and is also
an assistant clinical professor. He is Board certified in Family Practice. As a family practice trained emergency physician, he has a broad scope of practice that includes the initial management of most clinical conditions. See Topics.

Dr. Gerard provides medical record review and expert witness testimony in cases of medical malpractice such as missed and delayed diagnosis, medication (drug) errors, negligence and medical errors, and has served as a medical expert on criminal cases for public defenders and criminal defense attorneys.
